Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Decanted for two hours. This big serious, classically styled CDP shows whiffs of blackberry, black raspberry, smoke, smoked meats and herbs. It is still relatively youthful and a little ungiving and tannic. Nevertheless you can see that this is going to continue to develop and gain complexity.
