Friday, March 28, 2008 - Nice bright purple color. At first the wine was very closed and reductive. After about 90 minutes the wine started to open up. Lots of soy and mushrooms on this one with a touch of caraway. The palate is nice, still some good tannins and acidity. Very brambly with a taste not unlike what scotch tape smells like.
