Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - 30 minute decant. Nose of black plum and fine cigar ash. Black fruit, dark earth, wet clay, light dried herbs, and a pronounced mineral note on the palate. Mineral note leads the finish, adding metallic notes, oily black olive, and lead over black plum fruit and oak.
