Friday, August 5, 2022 - If you have never had a Rhone GSM, or already love them, This beauty from Paso Robles California is delightful any night of the week. It was wonderful tonight with mashed potatoes and gravy , chicken nuggets and fresh sliced tomatoes fresh mozzarella and fresh basil drizled with aged balsamic vinegar. Very nearly perfect.
8/8/22- Had the rest of the bottle tonight with spaghetti, with Olive oil, garlic, basil and fresh quartered garden tomatoes. OMG, perfect pairing. Delicious medium - full bodied mouthfeel, with a lovely balance of sweetness tart acidity and sweet berries. This wine caresses your mouth!
