Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Pale yellow, fine bead. A touch of brioche, ginger, and a ton of citrus on the nose. Light but intense and penetrating. Lemon, orange rind, herb, and great acidity with a satisfying veneer of flesh around this core. Marvelous, still youthful Blanc de Blancs.
