Wednesday, August 3, 2022 - Surprisingly dark red center, red/pink rim, no real signs of age.
Intriguing nose of red fruit and flowers, roast nuts.
Rounded start but the acidity isn't far behind, mixture of bing cherries and violets, something herbaceous, good finish.
Drinking well now with food and better after being open for a day.
