Monday, September 13, 2021 - Chianti with a terrific QPR, via Garagiste. Have not seen this available anywhere else, stateside. We enjoyed this with Sicilian cocoa and black garlic Busiata in a homemade red sauce. Med.+ body. Pure, firm red fruit in nose and mouth. Great balance and structure. Freshness that quenches all the way down. After tasting the last of the bottle this afternoon, we think our young Buontalenti should cellar well for at least another decade. D/H.
