Sunday, September 19, 2021 - Evolving nicely. Medium-full bodied, with balanced acidity and tannins. Dark fruits - plums, blackberries and blueberries, dried strawberries to mix it up. Licorice, vanilla and a peppery finish. Savory black olives and smoked meat. Decanted and it still continued to change over two hours.
