Thursday, May 12, 2022 - Fine grained, dusty tannins. Stunning Grenache varietal character. Warm but not hot. Refined. Cedar. Plump fruit, but the structure comes out with air. Boysenberry fruit character. Gorgeous wine, which was a great match to a lamb salad with roast vegetables and paprika.
