Friday, March 13, 2020 - On opening, very high acid, very yeasty nose. After 5 min, changed sharply to a more neutral nose with soft smells of cherries and tobacco. The taste became much more sharper with tastes of dark berries, earth and some strawberry. Definitely changed over the course of the hour getting where it was a completely different wine upon opening. Acid was still strong, but, much better balance with the earthiness of this nice Rhone.
