Friday, April 22, 2022 - Wine is aged for 12 months in oak barriques, 40% new. Deep ruby colour, purple hue. Medium intensity rich aroma of mushrooms, undergrowth, cured meat, cherries, blackberries, violets, graphite, camphor and pencil shaving hints. Medium body, sour and smoky black fruit flavours, tar hints, medium light density well balanced with smooth finely grained tannins, smoky ash scented finish.
