Saturday, February 12, 2022 - Super dark ruby in the glass with a fragrant nose that exudes Napa Valley. Notes of wild blackberry, black plum, boysenberry, peppered pork chop and a mild umami characteristic on the finish. Tannins are powerful but balance nicely with firm acidity. Really nice Syrah.
