Sunday, February 18, 2024 - Decanted for 3 hours at cellar temp. Showing very well right now. Red fruit, mint, smoke, a touch of baking spice on the nose. Medium acidity, medium + tannins, medium-bodied on the palate. I paired this with braised pork short ribs and it was delicious.
