Friday, March 24, 2023 - Quick decant and we were off to the races. Nice soft bouquet, with red fruit and dark cherry on the nose, with just a hint of wood. This is not a big Napa fruit bomb Cab. Very nice, well-balanced, soft tannins and it paired perfectly with a Smoked Gouda Burger.
