Thursday, April 1, 2021 - By the glass at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Aromatic nose of tropical fruits (pineapple), ripe lemon, apple pie, cream and butter. Good depth and acidity on the palate with ripe citrus zest, biscuit crumb, and a nutty, slightly yeasty note on the long finish. Rich but not unctuous or cloying and wore its alcohol well. Apparently the only white that Shafer makes. Delicious.
