Sunday, June 18, 2023 - This clear and lighter yellow wine was poured after 1 hour of decanting. The nose was of lemons and some vanilla. In the glass were flavours of Lemons, quite a bit of nuttiness, handsome grapefruit. The acidity and tannins were surprisingly strong but sat well. This was quite a tightly wound and restrained wine but very, very lovely.
