Tuesday, August 22, 2023 - Clear pale gold; clean medium plus nose of tart lemon, salinity and croissant; dry; high acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; palate is tarter with pronounced salinity; long finish; drink now - seems to be at its peak; beautiful elegant wine with excellent tension; blinded as Chablis
