Friday, November 10, 2023 - Slow ox'ed for over 30 minutes. Medium+ crimson-garnet in colour. Nose of plums, black cherries, red raspberries, and a hint of baking spice. On the palate, a good amount of black cherries and plums are noted as well as some earthy tobacco and black peppers at the end are noted. Medium bodied with a medium-long finish. Last tasted Sept 2021.
