Sunday, August 14, 2016 - Still not in drinking window. Austere and stringent upon opening with exception of bouquet, which was surprisingly approachable and pleasant. After 24 hours started to open up but the flavor notes are more stewed prunes, black tea and forest floor. Far from any expressions of fruit.
