Sunday, July 11, 2021 - Typical Gewurz nose with mild acidity and sweetness. Showed over floral palate when pairing with non-spiced seafood or white meats somewhat makes me feel like nausea. Good to go with Bak-kut-teh and spiced cuisines which gives prominence to all the gewurz merits. Tried sweet curry but not so well, wonder it could be better with Thai or Indian style curry.
