Monday, December 28, 2020 - Blackberry, black raspberry, violets, roast meat, cigar box, white pepper. Medium-full body. Medium acidity. Medium-plus tannins. Medium-long finish. Might be 1-2 years to peak, but good now. Drink in the next 5 years.
