Thursday, April 7, 2022 - Decanted 40 min. Light ruby, 👃 quite muted initially with ripe strawberries, lemon zest, very light coconut. Dry, medium acidic , medium tannins, strawberries, prune, light body. This one is not peak time yet; let it age more in bottle. (As wine opens up in glass, light cinnamon, light leather)
