Day 2 was a completely different wine: bruised pear up front, nice salinity on the core, and it had switched over to a lower acidity finish. Not really sure what to make of this, have 3 more bottles and will likely treat like a very reductive (though its not one) chard and open a day or two before I plan on drinking.
