Tuesday, January 15, 2008 - Pale lemon. Quite restrained with floral (acacia) and lemon, hardly any oak. Medium bodied with crisp acidity, a slight hint of honey on the medium length finish. Slightly disappointing at this stage but may just be in its shell a little.
