Tuesday, May 4, 2021 - Strong reduction smell when it’s opened. Wait 10 minutes to settle in glass. The wine keeps its own style, robust and vigorous. Moderate tropical, vege leaves, figs. All balanced, elegant, fine and long. An awesome organic SB, neither typical Marlborough (pungent greenish notes), nor Loire (minerals), Kim Crawford created an elegant and complex flavours for Sauvignon Blanc, very nice.

Sulphur notes growing in cellar under screw cap, it’s not a big issue.
