Thursday, July 1, 2021 - Opened, decanted and served immediately. Paired with pizza. Initial thoughts: light cherry fruit with a singular and somewhat narrow profile; lightweight in body; ends with a semi dry cherry finish. Put back into bottle and finished on day 2. Additional notes: darker cherry with more depth and width; heat is now noticeable; fruit starts to fade out ending with a semi dry finish. Good.
