Palate: Still the cranberry flavors at the forefront with strawberry undertones and the light to medium finish. At almost 9 years old this village level Burg has matured so well. It still has vibrancy, good acid levels, and although feminine, still has plenty of life left. Too bad it's my last bottle as it would be an interesting experiment to let another bottle go for about 3-4 more years and then check in on it, but too many wines to try and it's time to move on. Really like Potel Burgs.
