Saturday, June 6, 2020 - Exceptional Chablis that paired well with savory/spicy chicken soup. Pale straw color with a gold hue. The nose brings white flowers, lemongrass, and dusty rock. The palate is light, round, zesty, and slightly salty, bringing pronounced green fruit notes of kiwi-lime and green apples with nectarines, lemon peel, pears, and whiffs of other orchard fruit bundled into a tangy, mineral-laden finish. Exceptional precision and balance. Drink 2020-2028. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 93.
