Sunday, July 20, 2008 - Opened not decanted. Taken to Wood Tavern for dinner with friends. On the nose: earth with a touch of wood and dried fruit. On the palate: restrained red fruit with subtle cherry notes. Seems somewhat closed and narrow right now. Needs more time. Good right now, but should improve.
