Sunday, October 18, 2009 - Very tight nose. Reddish purple color. Austerity to it that makes it great for food pairing. Tart rose, olive, baby powder. Thin in the middle by itself. Slightly bitter taste of old gum, mace. Very well integrated tannin structure. Interesting to look at the notes below and see two different experiences emerging.
