Monday, May 24, 2010 - Single-Blind Cabernet Dinner (Urbana, Washington, DC): Meaty, smokey, with strawberry reduction sauce. Sweet, dusty cocoa with a nice creaminess. Very nice acidity on the back. Great wine.
