Monday, May 24, 2010 - Blind Cabernet Tasting with the DC WLTV Forum crew (Urbana, Washington, DC): Cocoa Krispies nose - kind of like chocolate covered cherries plus pie crust. In the mouth, fresh and bright fruit but with a nice, full mouthfeel, a bit of meat and smoke right before a shortish finish. The finish was slightly disappointing as a longer, drier one could have added a lot of elegance to a playful wine and taken the score up a couple of notches.
