Saturday, February 28, 2009 - Oak, Eucalyptus and some candy on the nose all wrapped around the fruit. Decanted for one hour. Very, very smooth and well integrated. Absolutely delicious to drink and not your stereotypical Aussie wine. It will be interesting to see where the other 2 bottles are in a year, but perfect to drink them right now.
