Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Second time having this, and I still really enjoy it.
Lots of black fruit (plum, blackberry) cocoa, and some oak.
Nose is a lot of cherry and cocoa.
Tons of sediment, but easily filtered.
Really delicious.
