Friday, December 22, 2023 - Disgorged April 2020, 2015 base. This is a lighter bodied champagne, bright and fresh but some cellar time seems to have mellowed any Brut Nature raciness. There's nice fruit density on an elegant frame with fine mousse. The aromas open nicely with a little air and as this approaches room temperature. There's yellow apple, cereal, and some yeast. Very enjoyable.
