Wednesday, November 1, 2023 - Post-Prelude 25-Nebbiolo B sides (DP's, Goose Hollow, Portland OR): This is so giving, generous, and balanced as it permeates in the glass with mature tones of honeydew, caramel apples, toasty notes, brioche, bosc pears, yellow flowers, and some almond paste. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and deft in the way that only a mature champagne can be along with integrated and crisp, high acidity. This is a beautifully mature champagne that is just sexy. That’s really all there is to it!
