Thursday, December 8, 2011 - First of four bottles, opened and poured, darker red in the glass, cherries on the nose, medium bodied wine with cassis, black cherries and a bit of spice and earth, good texture (dry extract?) and mouth feel, good acidity, long finish, delicious wine, it would be interesting to see how this wine continues to age, but it is definitely drinking well now
