Sunday, May 6, 2007 - New Pinot at 35th St. Bistro (Seattle, WA): Deep dark red with a purplish tint. The nose is dark, brooding, and earthy. Smokey, toasty, with red and black fruits. Nice bright acidity and soft tannin. Long finish.
