Thursday, September 11, 2008 - Recommended by TRB as one of his wines that is open for business. The nose on all of his wines is so distinct and amazing. On the palate this wine is showing dark fruit, like rhubarb and spice. It is a touch on the sweet side but not cloying or heavy. Good acidity and finish. It still seems primary with the oak needing to integrate. My remaining bottle will rest a few years. This should turn into something special.
