Friday, March 25, 2022 - kaboom! glass-staining dark purple black. massive fruity nose, like blackberry compote with all kinds of earthy, tarry and spicy notes in behind. texture is weighty, soft and round without ever being jammy. palate is both savoury and sweet all at once with secondary pepper and spice. new world syrah doesn’t get any better than this.
