The unique minerality shows on the back end. My one remaining bottle of this (last one drank many years ago). It is drinking very well at 12 years of age and could go much longer. Beautiful balance and just an amazing Spat and one of the best I've ever drunk. The nose alone warrants 91-92 pts.
