Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Piper Heidsieck Rare Tasting (La Fete): Information from merchant, 70% C, 30% PN, 10g/l, pronounced aromas of citrus, good fruits, lift at the back, fresh nuts, oxidative on the palate, dense with good profile, fine mousse, lively acid, super persistent finish. Lots of fruits with good weight and finely balanced.
