Saturday, July 2, 2005 - Brick red with yellow colours on the rim. Dust on the nose. Plum, pepper with lively acidity. Medium to full bodied. Medium-long finish with herbal notes and tobacco. Tasted somehow best immediately after opening. Very food-friendly.
