Sunday, April 8, 2012 - Excellent pinot of the California style. Medium bodied with a nose of baking spices, bramble and dark cherries. Wonderful palate with silky tannins, red cherry, raspberry and spice flavors, enough acidity to stand up to food and a nicely rounded finish with a touch of cola. This wine is drinking at its peak right now but may have a couple more years at that peak.
