Thursday, January 16, 2020 - Pale yellow in color, with low to moderate aroma intensity, and medium body. Astringent and crisply acidic with little oak. Aromas of lemon, floral, and tropical fruit. Moderately flavorful with tastes of citrus and, especially, green apple, with a medium finish. Tastes a bit young, almost like a greuner vertlinger.
