Sunday, December 13, 2015 - Interesting development in the decanter. At the start it was clear fresh and fruity. An hour later, all cherries and pomegranate and still no depth. 2 1/2 hours interesting full and rich. I wonder if this is at its best at the moment. My first bottle and glad I didn't open it sooner. Perfect with a roast loin of pork . Very good indeed in a modern style.
