Thursday, February 20, 2020 - Needs serious decanting. When first opened, strong aromas of saline and petroleum. These blew off and it was much better the second night, and the small amount left for a third night even better. Then it had a nose more like baked and bruised apple, ginger, guava, and still a little saline. Nice long finish, serious acidic backbone.
