Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - Grenache of mountains grown in the foothills of the Moncayo at 500-750 meters, of vineyards between 40 and 65 years old, on red clay soils mixed with slate, very superficial soils and very poor in organic matter. 20-month fermentation and aging in French and American oak barrels. Black fruit, balsamic, toasted, spicy, powerful, enveloping, structured, spacious, elegant, long and persistent. What a wonderful wine!!!
