Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately.
Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of camphor, spice, yellow pear and yellow apple. Flavors of yellow pear, lemon and a bit of an earthy finish. Medium acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink or hold.
