Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - Made a point of holding onto this for a year. Not the ultimate test of time but it held up very nicely. Pretty sure they add Chardonnay to the blend for this rose. Wolffer...more than just a pretty bottle. Light red berries as you would expect but not nearly as much acidity as French roses similarly priced. This richness makes the wine unique, IMHO. Have one more 2018 left will try to hide it away til next year to see what 2 years does.
